Circumstances for Exchange or Return:

Purchase Regret: If the purchased product does not meet your expectations.

Manufacturing Issues: Manufacturing defects identified after use.

Defective Order: Incorrect product, damaged during transport, or defective.

Size Exchange: Different size from the order or size that does not fit.
Timeframes for Request:

Size Exchange: Up to 7 days after receipt.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we do not offer free returns.
Refund Methods:

Credit Card Refund: Can appear in up to two subsequent billing cycles.

Bank Transfer (TED): Bank transfer within 10 business days after return confirmation. We do not transfer to third-party accounts.

PIX: Transfer via PIX key to the customer’s account. We do not transfer to third parties.
To request an exchange, follow these steps:
Send an email to support: support@nobleserene.com with the following information:

Registered Email: Use the email registered during purchase.

Reason for Exchange: Explain the reason for the exchange.

Customer Request: Indicate your preference for exchange (e.g., different size).

Evidence: Attach a photo or video that justifies the exchange.

Exchange Process:

Return Label: We will send you a return label via email to return the product at no cost.

Sending the Product: Pack the product, attach the label to the package, and send it back within 7 days.

Sending the New Product: After receiving the product, we will send the item according to your request and provide the tracking code via email.
Purchase Regret Case:
To request a return for purchase regret, send an email to support@nobleserene.com with the following information:

Process After Sending the Email:
