Shipping Policy – International Orders
Origin of Our Products
At Noble Serene, our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Our estimated delivery timeframe is 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Based on customer feedback, 90% of our orders are delivered within 10 business days to major cities and metropolitan areas.
While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to international logistics and customs processes. If your order is not delivered within 60 business days, you may request a full refund or a replacement shipment.
Shipping Process – What to Expect
Step A: Your order is forwarded to our international supplier, who prepares, packs, and processes it.
Step B: Within up to 7 business days, you'll receive your tracking number by email and/or WhatsApp.
Step C: The package is shipped from the origin country (USA, Europe, or Asia) to your destination country, where it goes through customs and is handed over to local delivery services.
We guarantee delivery of your order. In the event of loss or misrouting before final delivery, we will either resend the product or issue a full refund — at no additional cost to you.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using our Order Tracking Page. If this page doesn't work, we will provide a reliable global tracking platform for you to follow the shipment.
If you're having trouble tracking your order, please contact our support team via email. Be sure to include your order number (e.g., #101), which can be found in the emails sent by our store (not the payment processor). Once we receive your request, we'll respond within 24 business hours.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us on the same day of purchase so we can update it before the item is shipped.

Shipping Timeframes & Customs Clearance
Tracking codes typically become available within 3 to 7 business days after purchase.
The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, depending on customs and postal service efficiency in your region.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days. If this period passes, please contact the shipping provider and our team so we can verify the situation with our logistics partners.
If the issue is confirmed to be a logistics failure, we will immediately issue a full refund or arrange for a reshipment.
Delivery Issues

Recipient Not Available: A new delivery attempt will be made on the next business day.

Incorrect or Unknown Address: The package may be held at the nearest postal facility or returned to the sender.

Awaiting Pickup: In some cases, packages are held at local postal offices awaiting customer pickup. If not collected within the carrier's timeframe, the package may be returned.
Reshipping Policy
If a package is returned due to delivery issues caused by customer error (e.g., incorrect address), a reshipping fee of $7 USD will be charged.
Reshipping will only occur after the original package returns to our warehouse. A new tracking code and updated delivery estimate will be provided.
Reshipments may take up to 45 business days, depending on package return timelines and confirmation of delivery address.
Separate Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages without prior notice.

Other Delivery Problems

Tracking Not Available Yet: For international orders, tracking typically becomes active once the package enters the destination country, which can take up to 10 business days.

Tracking Not Updating: Tracking updates may happen periodically. If your order status still hasn’t changed to “Arrived in [Country]” after 10 days, please contact us.

Marked as Delivered, But Not Received: Check with neighbors, building staff, family members, or your mailbox. If you still haven’t received the item, contact us and the local delivery service immediately.
