Refund Policy

  • Manufacturing Defect: Within 30 days of delivery.


Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Refund: The amount will be refunded to the original credit card and may take up to two billing cycles, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Bank Transfer (Wire/TED): Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 10 business days after return confirmation. Please note: We do not issue refunds to third-party accounts.


Refund Policy — Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, follow these steps:

Step 2:

Refund Policy — After Receiving the Order (Change of Mind)

If you've already received your product and wish to return it, follow these steps:

  • Email Used for the Purchase

  • Customer Request: Briefly explain why you’d like to return the product and request a refund.

Step 2:

  • You will receive a return shipping label by email (free of charge).

  • Carefully repackage the product, attach the label, and return it within 7 days.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the refund and notify you via email.


Refund Policy — Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or with a defect, follow these steps:

Step 2:

  • We will evaluate your request and send you a return shipping label via email.

  • You are responsible for properly packaging the item and returning it within 7 days.
